The Hideaway is available for exclusive (fully private) use or partial use. Whether you require conference rooms only or accommodation also, we can work out a package to suit your needs and budget.

CONFERENCE ROOM OPTIONS

Our main function/conference room is suitable for up to 25 people in Ushape, 30 People in Classroom style or 80 people banquet style. It is modern and stylish with high ceilings, Large wooden tables, views outside to bush trees, and very comfy high backed chairs. The room is equipped with roof mounted wireless data projector and screen, electronic whiteboard, whiteboards, and video and DVD facilities and surround sound system. Everything is set up to be as easy to connect to and use as possible and our friendly staff are there to help if you are having any problems.

The Edison conference room and also the rest of The Hideaway Retreat is also fully equipped with wireless internet so attendees can connect from anywhere weather they are working in conference or emailing home from their desk in their accommodation room.

If you need more space, the other two smaller function rooms can also be utilized and setup for whatever your purpose is.

A combination of beautiful surrounds, quiet seclusion, and quality comfort allows group members to focus on their goals – be they work or play.

Between sessions your delegates can unwind and soak in the beautiful sights and sounds from our poolside entertaining area, or perhaps take a bush walk through the world heritage listed blue mountains with our on site interpretative guide.

CATERING OPTIONS

Commercial Kitchen
Our commercial Kitchen is available for hire for your exclusive use during your stay, It has commercial gas appliances, large ovens, plenty of fridge and freezer space, commercial dishwasher, ample crockery, utensils and cutlery, and is located adjunct the Ghandi Room which is perfect for dining and entertaining.

You Arrange Catering
Some conference organisers will arrange their own cooking or bring a chef with them. There are a great many fresh and healthy food shops in the Blue Mountains nearby, and in Katoomba a fabulous food co-op with organic vegies and bulkfoods of many kinds.

We Arrange Cooking
We can cater fully to all needs for all meals. Just provide us with your numbers and special dietary requirements and we handle the rest. We prepare all our meals from scratch on site specifically for your groups needs. Please call us to discuss your needs and we can arrange a menu to suit your dietary taste and budget.

ACTIVITY OPTIONS

Perhaps you might need some help arranging group activities, or would like to take your team on a tour or perhaps an abseiling day. Our on site interpretative guide can help you with knowledge of many local options and operators.

ON-SITE SERVICES

Such activities as massage, yoga, tai chi, meditation, beauty, etc can be arranged. Local teachers and practitioners can come on-site at the Hideaway and offer your group something extra during their stay.

TIMING OPTIONS

From a 1 day conference to a more lengthy one of several days, The Hideaway is yours to utilise (depending of course on availability). The further ahead you can plan your event, the more likely we can accomodate your particular date/s.
