Numerous paths criss-cross the park leading to rivers, caves, canyons, waterfalls and towering cliffs. Bushwalk right from your suite at The Hideaway down to the amazing Water Nymph's Dell, or drive to hundreds of other paths and walking trails that begin within 2 to 15 minutes drive away.

GOLF
Wentworth Falls Country Club - Prestigious, Friendly, Challenging. Play a round or two at the Mountains' most popular course. An easy walking, picturesque, 18 hole, par 70 golf course.

The stunning Blackheath Golf Club, located at the top of the Blue Mountains in the middle of a National Park. Abounding in wildlife, the course boasts colourful trees, azaleas, rhododendrons and shrubs lining the fairways. Enjoy the challenging Par 69 course, then relax in the Club House - fine dining, entertainment, a pro shop and much more. There are also courses at Leura, Katoomba, and Springwood - all an easy drive away.

4WDRIVING
When you get right into the nooks and crannies of the Blue Mountains, it is difficult to believe you're only 100 km or so from Sydney. Blacks Range in particular is seriously wild country. 4WD tracks are abundant in the mountains two of the best leave right from our town:

Murphys Fire Trail - Wentworth Falls to Ingar 16km.

Kings Tableland Road - Wentworth Falls to McMahons Lookout 26km. The Kings Tableland Road is an unpaved road that runs south from Wentworth Falls along the clifftops above Kedumba Walls. The road ends at McMahons Lookout, where you can stand some 500 m above Lake Burragorang and survey the huge reservoir that supplies most of Sydney's water.

FISHING
Trout fishing is a popular at the local and relaxing Wentworth Falls lake. It is the closest place if you're just out for a bit of fun, but a keen angler would most likely head out towards Lithgow (Lake Lyell) and Oberon.
